Aluminum profile PBO conveyor belt
PBO conveyor belt applied to extrusion machines run out table to replace the graphite material and Ceramic gasket, also used for high-temp region of translation step cooling bed.

Considering that the temperature of the outlet is high and the density is higher, a layer of high-temperature base cloth will be added in the middle of the PBO block to make the effect of acupuncture better. The density of finished products will be increased by the better sticking of cotton in each layer. In general, pure PBO felt blocks (100% PBO fiber manufacturing) are more suitable for aluminum extruder with double-sided outlet.

(1) Warranty: 12 months, Some belts with 18 months.
(2) During warranty period, new replacements will be sent together with next order after we get approved from after sales department.
PS: Your high-definition pictures or video of the failure will be needed while processing warranty issues.
If big quantities are defect, then customer have to return the products back to our factory, we will pay for the shipping fee, we will test it to check what is the problem and let it not happen again.

Q3. What is your sample policy?
We can supply free sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the courier cost.
